The statement “Age is just a number, young is the feeling” has been proved by Mahindra – the trusted name in the automobile section. Mahindra has announced publicly that its new electric variant sedan car will be on the roads on 2nd June’16 onwards.
Revelation of First Look:
The car’s first look was already publicized at the Auto Expo 2014, and was again showcased at the 2016’s Auto Expo wherein makers said the day has finally arrived for an e-Verito electric sedan to be on the roads.
Reason for Late Launch:
The much awaited Mahindra Electric Verito Sedan is expected to come with a base price of 8Lakh in Indian currency. The company, Mahindra & Mahindra says
“It’s a fully electric sedan which would be available for the customers long back is now available. The reason for launch delay was due to the company suffers from many hurdles in turning the innovative concept into a production form”.
Finally, the company has overcome the hurdles and now the long waiting has come to an end. In addition, the e-Verito model will be launched on 2nd June this year and will be coming with three trims i.e. D2, D4, and D6.

What The Car Brings For Sedan Lovers?
When the media people ask the company about the facilities of E-Verito, the company said:
“People will witness the newly integrated innovative concepts in this Sedan as the car runs on a three phase AC induction motor with 72V capacity.”
The company representative also said that the Mahindra e-Verito is capable enough to deliver 30.5kW at the rpm maximum speed of 3500 i.e. around 41hp – at the press meet. The e-Verito is also able to give maximum torque of 91Nm at 3000rpm.
The car was designed and produced in such a manner that it can attain an increased speed of 86kmph so that the car’s pilot can drive safely. The newly included feature is the disc brake in this sedan at the front side whereas drum brakes are installed at the rear side.
